Several new plant records for Koltur were made this summer. But one of them, Juncus ranarius, was even a new record for the Faroes.

A species inventory was conducted on the island of Koltur (Faroe Islands) between 2019 and 2024, serving as a baseline for future monitoring of the terrestrial ecosystem of the island. The first scientific publication on the project has now come out.
